I also provide educational support for those who want to learn to continue their healing at home. Classes are available in a group, one on one or invite loved ones to your home for a more casual educational program that you can share.
I decided to open my own practice to help people to achieve balance and harmony in their lives naturally. We live in a very stressful times and most do not know how to rid themselves or know of the effects of stress and anxiety. I provide a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and expertise to help relieve stress in Mind, Body & Spirit.
